Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of our products, which are health and food supplement items,
we do not accept physical returns once an order has been delivered.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or delivered products cannot be returned or resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may request photographs and order details
for verification purposes.
Store Credit Policy
Approved claims will be compensated with store credit only.
Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website and is non-transferable.
No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be issued.
Eligibility
Store credit may be issued only in the following cases:
- Product damaged during delivery
- Incorrect product received
Claims submitted after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not require customers to return products to us.
